Team Work

I used to hate working as a team and wondering why we can't just work as individual to achieve our personal goal. Of course I have reasons to against team work. firstly, we don't have the same purpose. second, we might not offer the same effort. Last, I've always end up doing the most work. for those reasons, I hated team work.

Last week, after business ethic class, i've finally understood that team work is not bad at all. It requires understanding and effective communication. we need to communicate our personal goal from the certain tasks given to the team. Next, all should be easy. I'm challenging myself to work in many teams.
